Initialisation error, blood web crashing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
For years of playing the game on PS5 logging into this game has been an almost half an hour process that takes you through the initialisation process only to give you a variety of errors ranging from save game error, server error, initialisation error etc. Eventually when the game lets you in things are okay until you use the blood web which can send you crashing back to that cycle. This is super discouraging. I love this game and want to play it.
