    Could you please attach the logs?

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file

    Isn't this screenshot enough? You can clearly see the error there. I reinstalled Windows yesterday and abandoned DBD for now because my penalty reached 24 hours due to this error and I don't plan to reinstall the game and increase the penalty, let me know as soon as the problem is solved so that I can calmly search for a lobby without fear of this error. Thanks in advance Rizzo!

    The logs help identify the issue, so it can be solved more effectively.

    Yes I know but I reinstalled Windows so all files are lost, to reproduce this problem I will have to redownload DBD but at the same time my penalty will increase to 48 hours, which will disappoint me very much. But I hope you will fix this problem before the release of the new chapter, or if it remains like this you will lose me...
