Bugged Tome 2 Challenge

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Tome 2 Page 3 Doctor Challenge titled 'Mad Skills' is bugged. The challenge says it requires you to get three survivors to Madness III, but doing this to more than 3 survivors and even having the entire team in Madness III at once did not register the challenge as completed. I tested this after a friend mentioned having this same issue.
PLATFORM: Steam.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I played a match of Doctor and met the challenge requirements several times over, yet it is still marked as incomplete.
