Dying state preventing any actions

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In two matches with different perks, my survivor was put into the dying state. A survivor attempted to heal me and could not stop the animation even when they were downed. The killer was unable to pick me up. Second match, I was downed and glitched into the map with even the reverse bear trap going off but not killing me as I had a ground recovery perk that match. I had to DC to continue playing different matches.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Placed into dying state
  2. Glitched into the map or prevented player from healing
  3. Unable to be killed by the killer or move
