CERTAIN KILLERS DO NOT HIT WITH POWER IF THE SURVIVOR HAS CROUCHED

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Basically, in 8.5.0, you implemented a fix for "certain killers"… many survivors were using certain elevations or flat surfaces, where they would crouch and the power would fail. The bug fix got worse and is currently horrible for Billy, Demogorgon, and Blight.
- Fixed an issue that caused multiple Killer powers to miss if a Survivor crouched where there was only slight elevation.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: You use the power and if a survivor crouches, the power does not hit or interact as if the crouching survivor is a wall or obstacle.
