Into struggle on first hook? (PS4)

Has anyone else noticed a bug that puts you instantly into struggle on your first hook today? This is specific to PS4, to be clear. It appears only to be happening when I'm the final Survivor.

If you're the last survivor you are automatically sacrificed immediately. That's normal.
