BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF BUG

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivors are exploiting the Anti Gen Tap mechanic to "silently" repair it and the killer is unable to kick it or know the gen is being repaired.

PLATFORM: All platforms

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1-Wait for the killer to do any action (kick, perk, Ruin, etc) that makes the generator regress.
2-Start to repair the generator and stop before it reaches 5% to keep it in the "regressing status".
3-The killer can't kick the gen or do any other action to regress it and can't have visual confirmation the gen stopped regressing/is being repaired.
4-The gen keeps getting progress with this since the regression is too slow to keep up with the repair speed.
