Last Minute Hero Tome challenge bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I completed the challenge, the challenge showed as completed, but then I went into the Tome and it's not completed. I double-checked, it just un-selects and re-selects the challenge. It is absolutely not completed.

PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

Both exit gates were open, EGC had started, and my friend went on the hook. I rescued my friend off the hook and we immediately ran out the exit gate that was directly next to the hook. They did not get hit or downed or anything, but we had to run immediately out before the "Safe Unhook" notification popped up because the killer was chasing us. After we escaped and the end screen began to load in, the challenge pop-up came out and the bar filled in as gold, showing I had fully completed the challenge.

When I went into the Tome to accept it, it was not completed.

I'm on Nintendo Switch. My friend is on PS4.

(We both completed the challenge in the next match. The killer was friendly, so we didn't have to run immediately out. We waited for the "Safe Unhook" notification and for the challenge pop-up to appear and fill in gold while still in the match, and we left after.)
