SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: timeout created

PLATFORM: Xbox

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: just finished a match and then went to see my point and it disconnected me when I didn’t leave the match at all I want to carry on playing to do the rift
