Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

You're misplaying becuase you're new to the killer you're playing and that's going to result in you losing. That's part of the process of learning, and also how the game works - mistakes are punished.

Sure, maybe the MMR has too tight a band on killer MMR approximations, but your problem should be with that - "New Killer MMR is too high", not the speed of generators in matches you are destined to make a lot of mistakes in.

Once your grasp of Houndmaster is better, her strength will kick in and you could run nothing and still dominate most pub lobbies, even the ones with good builds. I promise.

you do realize that if they don't get rid of the gen kick limit the problem still remains

I believe the Doctor actually had the lowest in the game, with a kill rate of 51%. Nurse is 55%. Which, if they want a 60% kill rate for every killer, then yeah she would need something to boost that up an extra 5%. But the average kill rate for all killers was 58%.

So while Nurse doesn’t have a 60% kill rate, she still wins more games than she loses, as does doctor, which supports the idea that she is still performing well, which is a good thing.

kicking gens now is a joke. It only works if you have nowhere to hide, otherwise you're just wasting your time

That is the one good thing about Pinhead leaving DBD, his perks (all of which are kinda good at slowing the game down or making the game easier for you) will be generic.

Other than the last time, she is always the worst, the doctor was only lower because of the AFK bot epidemic that they already acknowledged.

I don't see stacked medkits every match, not ever since I stopped trying to sweat to win.
I just try to enjoy the match and play as best I can.

If you are unhappy about the mmr level you are at, why not just chill down a layer or two?
What is the Entity gonna do? Come to my house? LADY, THIS IS YOUR HOUSE! See nothing, Entity cant do anything.

According to those same stats, Hillbilly was right above doctor and below Nurse, but I do believe that was before he got his buffs.

In any case, if she does have the lowest kill rates, then the lowest kill rate is 55% , which does still mean she wins more than half of her matches on average. I think fixing her bugs and giving some refreshing QOL updates could very well bump up that last 5% so she wins 60% of the time instead of 55%.

I know she’s been bugged for a very long time, and that should absolutely be fixed. QOL updates for her field of view and things like that should also definitely be fixed. After those things it would be nice to see where her kill rates are at, and if she is still under that 60% where the Devs would like her, then she should receive help.

Probably less to do with buffing more blinks or shorter cool downs, but more about making her feel less clunky or intimidating to newer players. The Devs haven’t seemed to make any distinction between her kill rates and their overall goal of kill rates , so I have no way of knowing if they would like her personal kill rate to be the same as the other killers due to the somewhat “broken” potential she has, but I don’t think that just because she has the potential to be as deadly as possible, means she shouldn’t be included in the Devs overall goal of a 60% kill rate unless they want her specifically to have a different one, nor do I think players that play her should simply deal with the bugs or QOL issues just because she’s the strongest thing in the game. Those players deserve the same kind of support the rest of the game gets, regardless if they're playing the strongest thing in the game. In my opinion, of course.

I feel like Survi's perks are far superior to Killers' (remember 4vs16 perks) ... and they did nerf a lot of Gen's perks, that's true...

I hope Behaviour makes these changes someday.

    10% Gen Kick
    Buff Chase Perks (Bamboozel/Brutal Streght/Fire Up…)
Mini Corrupt Base Kit (5 seconds) & Grim Embrace kit base (2 seconds)

When you purchase a new killer, I believe it does try to put them in a bracket that's roughly the same as your other killers, MMR-wise.

So, yeah, if your other killers are high MMR, your new killer WILL start a bit high and might lose the first few games. It's weird.

Keep in mind that survivors also have to learn the new killer, and they don't get to opt out by simply not purchasing her..

There is a big survivor nerf coming with all survivors spawning together soon.
