Chucky bug

I played against a chucky in Lerys on the ptb and every time he was in power or in normal chase, we never saw the footfalls that should spawn even when he was in clear line of sight and they should’ve spawned. I’m not sure if this was intended or a bug but it should be looked into before the live release.
