SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When Wesker uses his power, he does not unravel uroboros to normal state and keeps it out while being able to M1 which is confusing on how to counter him

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: He attempted to use uroboros unsuccessfully but did not show any signs of powering down and was able to M1 attack

    He has many bugs with his power's animations (especially when grabbing/slamming survivors) that I would like to see fixed.
