Balanced Landing became noisy

One of the minor, secondary positive effects of running Balanced Landing was that it let you drop off ledges silently. However, in the latest / one of the latest updates, that was removed. Now instead of dropping noiseless like a ninja, you're like everyone else and scream, "WHOA !!"

I am of the opinion that this should not be, that the 'spirit of the perk' in having 'balanced landing' should give this minor yet oftentimes impactful benefit. There were plenty of times I could make a sweet getaway by dropping because the killer wouldn't hear me do so. But not anymore.

So I believe the change is detrimental, unnecessary, and should be reverted. Not many people use BL like they do other 'haste' perks, but it is my favorite and I hated to see this small, beneficial detail changed. It was one of the reasons I liked it so much.
