Efficiency indicator from Streetwise perk didn't hide

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you repair generator by toolbox and its charges are gone you can still see efficiency indicator from Streetwise perk.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Start trial with toolbox and Streetwise perk. Find generator and start repair it solo by toolbox. When its charges are gone toolbox icon will changed on hand icon but efficiency indicator still be on display.
