Cosmetic bug?

I've been having this issue for a while now, I expected other did too and that it would be fixed but I haven't seen or heard anything at all

I'm unable to access any cosmetics for my characters unless I am in the store, in the lobby it says "no cosmetics available" however I can still edit my cosmetic in the store and all of my owned items show in there

It isn't a huge issue just annoying more than anything, if I'm already in a match waiting for people to ready up, I don't have the option to change cosmetics because I can't access the store. Does anybody else have this issue? Is there anything I can do besides wait for a fix?

just to add, this stretches beyond platforms, i have this issue on xbox and on pc (steam)

    Check your filters, they allow you to sort your cosmetics & charms by rarity.

    I believe Inventory filters & shop filters are separate, which would explain the issue.
