Penalizacion por abandono injusta

Bueno me acaban de penalizar injustamente 15 minutos por un maldito bug del serrvidor básicamente estaba jugando de killer con myers y de la nada el juego se trabo y me saco (se que no es mi internet ya que tengo un buen Internet y juego casi a lado del router) Ya van varias veces en esta semana que me desconecta del juego asi de la nada y me manda al lobby y lo peor es que hay una penalizacion por abandonó por favor arreglen esto💀
