Killer: The Lost Diver
A mysterious, vengeful figure who was once a scuba diver who perished under strange circumstances, now using his harpoon to drag survivors into the depths. He is connected to an ancient, supernatural force tied to the ocean's deadly secrets.
Killer's Power: "Echoes from the Deep"
The Lost Diver’s presence warps reality, flooding the airwaves with ghostly transmissions from the abyss. Survivors hear crackling static, distorted voices, and eerie radio interference, never knowing if he is truly near—or if it’s just the deep calling them.
Primary Ability – "Abyssal Signal"
• The Lost Diver tunes his radio, sending out phantom radio signals across the map for 10 seconds.
• Up to 3 false static sources appear at random locations within a 32-meter radius. These invisible "ghost signals" cause:
• Auditory Hallucinations → Survivors near these signals hear footsteps, breathing, or the sound of a terror radius, even if The Lost Diver is far away.
• Visual Disturbances → Flickering shadows of The Lost Diver appear briefly around corners or near generators. (These are illusions and cannot attack.)
• Skill Check Disruptions → Random skill checks in the affected area have delayed sound cues, making them harder to hit.
Special Ability – "The Signal Beckons"
• If a survivor lingers near a phantom radio signal for too long (3 seconds), The Lost Diver can manifest at that location instantly.
• This does not trigger a Terror Radius or red stain for 2 seconds, allowing him to ambush survivors.
• If a survivor is already injured when The Lost Diver manifests near them, they become "Submerged" for 6 seconds:
• Their screen warps like they are underwater.
• Their footsteps are slightly louder for The Lost Diver to track.
Survivor: Elias Carter
A grieving father, searching for his missing son who disappeared while surfing in the same waters the killer now haunts. He is driven by an intense need to find his son, even if it means diving headfirst into danger.
Map: Forsaken Cove
A coastal map featuring a desolate lighthouse, a shipwreck graveyard, and barnacle-laden rocks along the shore. The water itself is inaccessible but adds to the eerie atmosphere and deepens the mystery of the killer’s origins.
Perks:
• The Lost diver ghost signal, suffocating depths and reel them in these perks help the killer by slowing down victims movement speed and gen progress.
Perk 1. "Ghost Signal"
"Through the static, something calls your name. It’s hard to tell if it's real… or if you’re already drowning."
Effect:
• When you kick a generator, it emits intermittent static bursts for 12/14/16 seconds.
• While affected, survivors within 8 meters of the generator experience:
• Flickering hallucinations of the Killer appearing briefly around them.
• Delayed skill check sound cues by 25/35/50% (making them harder to hit).
• Slightly louder breathing sounds, making them easier to hear if hiding.
Perk 2. "Suffocating Depths"
"He sunk below the waves, lungs burning, limbs frozen. You’ll feel it too soon enough."
Effect:
When you hit a healthy survivor with a Basic Attack, they become Hindered (-5% movement speed) for 4/5/6 seconds.
If a survivor vaults a window or drops a pallet while Hindered, they become Exhausted for 5 seconds.
This effect does not stack but refreshes if they are hit again.
Perk 3. "Reel Them In"
"He still grips the harpoon tightly, dragging his victims back to the deep where they belong."
Effect:
When a survivor drops a pallet within 8 meters of you, their movement speed is reduced by 4/6/8% for 3 seconds.
If a survivor vaults over the pallet they just dropped, their aura is revealed for 5 seconds.
This effect does not trigger if you break the pallet first.

Perk 1. "I’ll Find You"
"No matter how far, no matter how deep—I swear I’ll bring you home."
• When another survivor is hooked, gain +5% movement speed for 4/5/6 seconds.
• If you are within 16 meters of a hooked survivor, their struggle phase lasts 4 extra seconds before they are sacrificed.
Perk 2. "Stay With Me"
"I won’t let you slip away. Hold on just a little longer."
• When healing another survivor from the dying state, they recover 10/12/14% faster.
If you fully heal a survivor from the dying state, both of you gain Endurance for 6 seconds.
Perk 3. "Echoes of the Past"
"Through the static, I hear his voice. I don’t know if it’s real… but I have to believe."
• Whenever a generator is completed, you hear faint radio static for 3/4/5 seconds. During this time:
• The aura of the farthest uncompleted generator is revealed to you.
• If you are injured, gain +2% Haste for 5 seconds.
