Give Myers (& older killers) indepent/dynamic head movement

I think it's worth going back and adding independent/dynamic head movements to Myers, Freddy and other older killers now that the new killers have the ability to move their heads independently of their body. This change would go a long way to "modernize" the game and would serve as a nice QoL update. I know it's not easy to add this to every older killer so perhaps start with the more popular licensed ones, then move on to original killers?

Also an update to the leg movement to reposition the body to match the head's facing direction would also be nice but I think the head movement alone would be a nice addition.
