I've been having this issue for more than a year now. it is annoying to not be able to add people or even accept their requests,each time this happen it tells me that i have too many requests,which is funny because i have 0 requests. hope this be fixed very soon

note: This is a steam platform. i can add only Steam users; the other platforms are not letting me add them
