What does this Freddy add-on do? I really don't understand.

I'm a Freddy main but I have no idea what this add-on is supposed to do with the rework.

What do they mean "alarm clock cooldown"?

I have played against Freddy several times since the rework and every time I fall asleep, there's several alarm clocks to choose from...

I literally haven't seen any cooldown at all and I'm at a total loss on what this does exactly?

Anybody know?

I think @LordGlint plays Freddy, do you happen to know?

    I believe there is a cooldown when you interact with a clock, for example, me and another survivor went to the same clock to wake up but there is a short time before it can be used again if a survivor has already interacted.

    Each individual alarm clock has a 45 second cooldown after a survivor uses it. This addon increases that cooldown to 49.5 seconds.

    From what I've noticed when playing against Freddy, alarm clocks are usually plentiful and the cooldown on them rarely comes into play, so this addon isn't very good imo as it only adds 4.5 seconds to a number that often doesn't matter anyway.
