Can't hit Survivor while they are placing a turret

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: While a Survivor is placing down a turret against a xenomorph, sometimes you just cannot hit them.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Played a Chaos Shuffle Match as the Xenomorph
  2. Survivor placed a turret while I was nearby
  3. Tried to basic attack them
  4. The hit did not register
