Shoulder the Burden tally mark incorrectly shown in spectator mode

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After using Shoulder the Burden, dying and going to spectator mode, the yellow tally mark is shown next to another survivor's nickname. I am assuming, this mark is coded in a way that it applies to whoever is the first in the bottom left list of survivors. This works as intended while in the game, since each survivor is always the first in the list from their POV. However, in spectator mode they pop out of the list and the mark goes to the next survivor.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- While in the game, use Shoulder the Burden
- After dying, go to spectator mode
