1)what will the JULY-DECEMBER update look like?

2)This upgrade will reduce the number of skills aimed at second chances?( Decisive Strike, Off the Record, Blood Rush , Made for This and so on?)

3)Won't this worsen the situation of some KILLERS ?And isn't this a decision to which that these KILLERS will cease to have an audience OF PLAYERS ?
