Can you finally fix the Nemesis' tentacle animations?

I hope I don't have to elaborate much on this. The animations have been bugged for years now and it feels like it's gotten even worse recently. It's impossible to play against, all dodges have to basically be a 50/50 because god knows if he pulled his whip out or not.
