Keep new chapter PTB separate from other established killer changes being tested.

They should have been seperate PTBs. I haven't seen anyone play with Xeno or anyone else being tested during The Ghoul PTB and feel like you back tracking on most of his changes was unfair. Every time I saw someone playing this past PTB was as or against The Ghoul. I think Mandy said something about you guys not listening to the whining minority only (sorry if that wasn't exactly what she said in a reply to someone's post ) yet you just made it easy in this case for a loud minority to get what they wanted which were his changes reverted. I'd have like to see people playing both sides to make a judgement on his or Legion's changes as a matter of fact but as I can't access the PTB myself I wasn't able to. The chapter release was delayed and you could of had a small 2 3 day PTB for those changes before hand.
