Can anyone confirm if the 20% Map Offerings are on live rn?

The patch notes don't say anything about a reduction in % chance or making them hidden. They for sure aren't hidden on live, and both played against me so far has worked. A friend told me both of these were coming, and I was expecting them to be this patch.

But 2 is a tiny sample size and maybe it is in this patch, so I want to check if those changes made it in or not?
