I really like the Toky Ghoul skins.
I honestly really like his default skin, the free skin and the legendary skin. They all look really great and the new voice lines/laugh for Rize is great.
Also just wanted to say thank you for adding a free Ghoul Skin with his release. I was on the fence about buying him, but seeing that everyone got that extra skin for free really made me decide to buy him.

Thats sadly a bug. I assume its gonna get removed in the near future.

I checked known issues and its not listed there so I doubt that.

I contacted support and they told me, that its a bug, which they are looking into.

Yea don't get too attached to those skins it has been officially confirmed by a mod as a bug and the team is aware of it.
