No Achievements on Xbox

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There are currently no achievements appearing on Xbox for the new chapter, they cannot be unlocked and are not appearing anywhere.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Achievements are not appearing on Xbox. When attempting to unlock them using the descriptions given (via Steam or PS), the achievements do not unlock. Usually these appear after a few minutes of a new update, but it has now been almost a day.
