8.6.0 post-patch Xenomorph tail attack timings
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Xenomorph tail attack timing seems inconsistent with the changes mentioned on the patch 8.6.0 notes
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Loaded into a custom bot lobby as the Xenomorph, player had a consistent 57ms ping to the server, when using a tail whip attack on the bot survivors it appears that the timing of the attack is around 0.85s, which would equate to a 0.4s wind up time + 0.4s attack time + 0.05s ping delay. This attack timing was consistently displayed within the custom match and other custom bot matches. In comparison, the 8.6.0 patch notes for the Xenomorph suggest that the wind up time should be 0.3s (decreased from PTB 0.35s), so the timing of the attack would be expected to be around 0.75s, or 0.1s shorter than what was experienced in these custom lobbies. It is yet to be tested whether this issue exists in the public matchmaking against other players or only in these custom bot matches.

Could you please attach the logs?
To find them:
- Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
- In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
- Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
- If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
- The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file
Thank you.

Hi Rizzo, it is not letting me edit the previous post for some reason, so I will attach the player logs to this comment.

No problem! It appears that in trying to edit the original post the video has now also disappeared for some reason so, I'll attach it again here if needed.
