Weird Box Appears During Core Memory Scoring Events

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Whenever doing a core memory tome challenge that has memory shards to collect, and portals to close, any scoring event having to do with this challenge has this weird, missing texture box instead of an bullseye like it usually was.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Do one of the Core Memory tome challenges as a survivor and anytime you collect a shard or close a portal, the box appears in the top right.
