Holding flashbang prevents all other actions

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Holding a flashbang prevents the player from taking any other actions, such as healing or repairing generators.
PLATFORM:
PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Picked up flashbang left on the ground by a teammate. Once the flashbang was in hand, I was not able to heal an injured teammate, unhook a teammate, or repair a generator until I used it. I did not test whether placing it back on the ground without using it resolved the issue.
