8.6.0 - Ace in the Hole depicts incorrect rarity level

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
During yesterday's livestream, the developers announced a new rarity called "Ascended", which will take the place of Ultra Rares, and is meant to be for cosmetics only. However, the perk Ace in the Hole was incorrectly given this new rarity label as well.
Originally, is supposed to say: 100 % chance for an Add-on of Ultra Rare Rarity or lower.
