Issues launching the game?

Anyone else had this issue? When I launch the game on steam (trying to move from console to pc, just got new computer) it does the initialization, and then opens to the black loading screen with trapper, and then gets stuck on this screen, never actually opening to the game. I exhausted every troubleshooting option bhvr support gave me and nothing worked, I'm truly at a loss. I am running it as administrator and my computer meets the requirements.
