Everybody and their mama is running kindred
... and i love it.
I noticed this a few days before Kaneki dropped, but everybody (including myself) have gravitated to using kindred nearly every game. I'm solo q and only began using it again by process of elimination co sideline other perks, but it seems like there is something bigger at play, perhaps to see our little quad-pus duo slinging their way across the map in 2.2 seconds π§β¦

Its a perk I rarely take off for soloQ.
Even though my team wont use the information correctly. At least I get a benefit from it.6 -
I rarely see the perk. it's possible ppl liked it on chaos shuffle and decided to try on solo q? or you been getting noobs idk.
Personaly i find other perks better. Empath connection, bond, dejavu,
there just isnt much space on my builds to use kindred.
I go with deadhard/sprint/lithe - windows - resilience because im awfull at looping etc - dejavu. One day i might replace dejavu for visionary
at best i could replace resilience, but id be using empath connection. I just find that perk super powerfull.

must add this bc I too thought everyone was running kindred when i was running it xd β if you run it, anytime a surv gets hooked you see everyones aura too making it look like everyone else is also running it. might not be the case but also could be xd

For solo queue Kindred is an S tier perk. Similar thoughts with Dejavu.
They help to organize randos.

I like Kindred too. Really, there's so many good survivor perks. I think I've got the perfect build figured out, but then I think "Wait, there's still that perk. Wait, there's still that other perk." It's a hard decision. But you can never go wrong with Kindred, unless (arguably) you're in a SWF, because the information is so good.

You should try Lucky Star if you have Ellen.
To me, Lucky Star > Bond > Empathy > Empath Connection.

I almost never take off Deja Vu. 6% faster gens, permanently, as long as you do the red ones. It's a small number, but it adds up, and it definitely counts when you're (somehow) 3-gen'd.

Yeah the randoms just do the first genβs they run into so it helps me make sure they donβt 3 gen us.

Running Bond or Kindred is a double-edged sword. Yeah when solo you get far more info about who's where and doing what, but you also now see who's where and not doing squat. π

Idk why I've been running into it but yeah I've been facing Kindred lately. love to see it. It's one of those perks you just can't hate.
Thr Ghoul demands efficiency, so I think Kindred makes a ton of sense.

Kindred must be basekit but without killer's aura.

Its a shame that Kindred is one of the most used perks for survivor. Its a shame that people need to use perks to share basic info because they are solo.
I think for SoloQ Kindred should be basekit - at least partially. I hope they give SoloQ more info buffs in the future.

Very true. I average at least 4 "######### is she/he doing"'s per game when using bond.
