Kaneki's bloodpoint gains are bugged

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Kaneki doesn't earn any score events for usage of his power or landing attacks with his power. Landing attacks with his power don't even give him the Hit score event either. The only bloodpoint gains he earns from his ability are attacks that specifically cause him to enter enraged (+250 bloodpoints) and vaulting a window (+400 bloodpoints).
