Got the dc penalty after getting disconnected from host

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The game server crashed or something and I got disconnected from host. Previously when this has happened, I didn't get a dc penalty, yet this time I did. I did not leave, your server crashed, I shouldn't get a penalty.
