Cannot Scroll In Selection Menus Using M2

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Hi there! Not sure if everyone's having this issue, but I noticed it in the PTB and was hoping it wouldn't make it to live, but it did. When selecting a character/scrolling in general in the lobby, you used to be able to "smooth" scrool using the right mouse button as an alternative for the "clunky" scroll there is while using the scroll wheel. The M2 scroll is apparently gone now, hopefully it's a bug!
I've been experiencing it on PC.
