SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dissolution does not activate with victor on the twins when it’s clearly stated “3 seconds after injuring a Survivor by any means, Dissolution activates for 20 seconds.” Victor hits would meet the requirement and yet the perk does not activate.
