Ghoul's vaulting causing damage sounds on downed survivors

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
If you have survivor downed other side of a window and use Ghouls power to vault the window it plays the sounds of you causing damage to survivor with your power.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Just have downed survivor on the other side of the window and use Ghouls power to vault through the window and observe the damage sound to play of the Ghouls attack.
