I don't even mind that he gets a free injury with his power hitting you directly. But he can then just leap either in front of you or behind you, cancel power during the slide, and hit you before you can make it to anything.
OR, if you do manage to make the vault or pallet, he can just power behind you and vault almost as fast as you, and M1 you before you can make a single loop.
By far the most oppressive and least fun killer to play against in a LONG time. It's completely putting me off playing this game right now.
Nerf his vault speed, and increase the delay after he cancels his power before he can M1.
