Houndsense disappears

While playing as the Houndmaster, the Houndsense effect disappears every time a hook stage is taken away from a survivor.

How to replicate:

1. Play as Houndmaster (Perks and add-ons probably don't seem to have an impact)

2. Get a survivor caught by Snug's Houndsense radius.

3. Hook a different survivor

This should make it appear.
