Blood splatter effect when injured

The new killer, the ghoul, afflicts survivors with a mark when he hits them with his ability. This leaves a glowing red stain, leaking blood, and blood splatter on the survivors.
It looks pretty good, maybe the blood splatter effect on injured survivors should be universal for all killers when they injure someone? Not the glowing mark or the spurting blood, just the static blood splatter on clothes. It would be another visual indicator the survivor is injured and just looks cool.
