Turn off survivors voice lines in the options

I really dislike the mostly newer survivors who have voice lines in game e.g. Lara Croft, to the point that I won't play as them because of it. Could there be an option in the menus to turn off survivor voice lines? I find them distracting and obnoxious and prefer the old voiceless characters. Obviously the option should only turn the voices off for you, not other players in the game who might enjoy them.

    They should have added this when it became a thing, if its not the VA i know and love i dont want to hear a forced attempt cringing me out & keeping me away from a favorite character, especially a licensed character.

    This is why i dont play as Taurie, the voicelines cringe me out and i wish i could mute them.
