Kaneki Window and Power Issues

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Instant downs near Windows and power counting issues.

Console: PS5

(Was done in a custom match)

1. Get survivor in chase near window.
2. Kagune leap over the window the exact moment before the survivor finishes the vault animation. Their is a timing that nurse mains could exploit here.
3. Begin spamming the m1 button as soon as the vault animation begins.
4. Survivor instantly goes down after the leap is completed AND they are within 1/2 meters of the vaulted window location.
5. Visually it doesn’t even show that a hit animation was completed by the killer.
   This was originally found by just having the other person stand on the other side of a window. The radius was semi inconsistent but with the right timing it was done in a pseudo chase and did down them.

Simultaneously I noticed that this killers power while enraged does NOT count up like every. Single. Other. Killer. Power. Does. It will get one kagune leap charge back and then instantly go to three as soon as it regains charges. It does not count from 1 2 3 it skips 2. Yet it will count down from 3, 2, 1. No killer has ever had charges that skip ahead when regaining killer power charges. (Coming from a very disgruntled bubba main)
