Spirit’s duration add-ons
Why is that when for example running the yellow duration add-on and using up all of the power bar, the cool-down time is 18-ish seconds whereas if one were to run the purple duration add-on and stop at the 6-second mark, the total cooldown would be 19-ish seconds? Is there a reason for this?
When running both yellow and brown duration together and counting the total seconds from the start of a phase-walk to the end of it, it stops at 7-ish seconds, and when running the purple duration and stopping at that same time, it doesn’t even reach the same number of seconds AND the cooldown time is longer…
I’m just trying to understand, are they all the same but it’s just a visual bug or what?
Thanks a lot for any helpful response.

So, there's kind of a hidden mechanic with Spirit's power bar that the game doesn't explain at all, but it's always been a thing.
Any time you phase (or even begin charging the power at all, just tapping the button is enough), you lose a small additional chunk of the power bar when ending the phase walk if you don't phase for the maximum duration allowed (I believe it's half a second of power duration that is lost, which would increase the recharge time by 1.5 seconds). This would mean that for example if you had both the brown and yellow duration addons you could phase for a max of 7 seconds (15% + 25% = 40% of 5 seconds = an additional 2 seconds for a total of 7) and then have a 21 second recharge (since 1 second duration = 3 seconds recharge), but phasing with the purple addon for 7 seconds (when you could go up to 8.5 seconds maximum) would incur a small penalty to the power bar after you stop the phase walk which would then make the recharge time a bit longer than the 21 seconds from the previous example (it should be 22.5 seconds). If you look closely you can visually see a small part of the power bar instantly disappear when ending a phase walk early (or even if you just tap the button and cancel charging the power).
Hope this helps
