SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When switching to another page of addons/perks the icons would not load in
This issue has been in the game ever since the bot loadouts in custom games were introduced, and since the new UI is taken directly from there, the bug now also appears in regular loadouts
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Open loadout, go to addons or perks
- Switch pages until you get the bug

This is still an issue and has been going on for almost a year now for myself. This happens with perks, addons, and offerings. It is even still happening in the current PTB:
