Haste and Hindered Changes
I'll be quick with my opinion, these are terrible changes. Killers like Clown and Skull Merchant revolve around haste in their kit and now you're just making that the only way for them to use the effect at all? Not to mention haste and hindered builds are few and far between, despite being some of the most fun builds in the game. People LOVE having the zoomies.
If you're gonna crack down on entire categories of perks like this, then leave haste and hindered ALONE, and only tackle the individual perks like Made For This. But please go after the Gen Regression/Speed perk category instead, as that is LITERALLY THE ONLY THING PEOPLE USE IN THEIR BUILDS MOST THE TIME. Thank you

THANK YOU! You're speaking my language with that.

Survivors are getting just as nerfed with no stacking that means bloodpact and teamwork dont work.

Yeah, I'm with the others here in saying removing stacking haste/hinder is poor idea.
One of the most fun parts of this game is the various niche builds to play with. This change will dramatically lower the number of builds on both sides on top making many perks borderline useless.
Keep in mind that many ppl who use these niche builds don't go in the match expecting to win because they are simply not as good as stacking slowdown or anti tunnel and exhaustion perks. Lowering the amount of unquie builds you see in the fog adding to the stale feeling to long play.
Please do not go through with this change.

This highlights killer power issues rather than hinder/haste stacking removal being problematic. Made for this has already been "tackled' by having it only work in mend. Haste/hinder stacking was becoming increasingly more problematic with the addition of more haste/hinder perks its only right they make this change. (as much as I liked stacking haste as the next person) it was becoming an issue.
