Game froze apart from chase icon. Says check network connection. Then failed to create party.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:Failed to create party over and over like recently. After game froze. Network was checked and still says unable to create party.
Connection issues or high packet loss are worst than I have ever experienced since playing this game in say 5 years.
Please sort it out!
