Spirit hair cosmetic not displaying as it should

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The head piece on spirits ‘reckoning’ cosmetic does not display properly, despite flickering in the indented display before hand. Her hair is supposed to be long down her back but it is not visible from the front making it look weird.

    to clarify i’m playing on ultra graphics and have tested it on all the settings and it is still an issue
