Huntress Moved At 110% While Preparing Hatchets! Video Proof
I posted earlier about how she moved at 110% when preparing hatchets and was told that was never the case. But here is video proof of it.
It’s only during the wind up portion of it but she did in fact used to move at 110% when preparing a hatchet whereas now she slows down immediately when preparing a hatchet.
This does make a huge difference as it almost nets you an extra .25 seconds of distance traveled and would allow you to hit shots at windows and small loops better.
Idk if it was a bug or not but it was this way for a few years at least. I’ll include it in my video as a bug but I definitely felt like it was intended to be this way.
Just like how she used to tighten her hand around the haft when charging the hatchet which she no longer does.

Also I should specify. By preparing I mean the opening phase that’s roughly .9 seconds. Although in the old version it was one full second.

Don't know why folk are downvoting the guy when he's literally got video evidence that Huntress got a shadow nerf at some point.

People really don’t want Huntress buffed in any way because they think her hitboxes are broken lol. Also people don’t like me either because I can be brash.
I just wanted to know if it was a legit nerf or a bug like some killer powers have been bugged for years.

That's pretty neat. Over the years I've seen a couple shadow changes that were never mentioned in patch notes, so I sorta believed you. How long did that take you to find?

I really wish the jelly arms thing was a bug. In the newer videos, when she holds a hatchet, she constantly dislocates all the bones in her forearm, so it can shake like jelly.

It didnt take too long. I knew exactly where the clips were. About 20 minutes to edit it together.

Yeah I have no clue what they were thinking with that lol. It looks awful. I wish they would bring back the hand tightening animation. It was very cool.
